About the Role

We are seeking passionate and qualified academicians for faculty positions at the levels of

Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor. The selected candidates will contribute to teaching, research, curriculum development, and institutional growth, aligned with the university’s academic vision.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Delivery

Deliver high-quality teaching at Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and Doctoral levels

Use modern pedagogical techniques and digital tools

Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments

Mentor students in academic and research projects

Research & Publications

Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals/conferences

Lead research initiatives and guide Ph.D. scholars

Drive large-scale funded research projects and research centers

Curriculum & Academic Development

Contribute to curriculum design, revision, and innovation

Ensure Outcome-Based Education (OBE) practices

Participate in academic committees and institutional development

Leadership & Administration

Mentor junior faculty and support academic administration (for Associate Professor)

Provide academic leadership and strategic direction (for Professor)

Contribute to accreditation and ranking processes (NBA, NAAC, NIRF)

Industry & Collaboration

Develop industry partnerships, internships, and placement support

Engage in consultancy, innovation, and technology transfer

Build national and international academic collaborations

Qualifications & Eligibility

Ph.D. in relevant discipline (mandatory for Associate Professor & Professor preferred/ongoing for Assistant Professor)

M.Tech (CSE)

M.Tech (CSE) & B.Tech (CSE) can also apply

Experience Requirements

Assistant Professor

Associate Professor: Minimum 8+ years

Professor: Minimum 10+ years and above
