• We are seeking a skilled Active Directory Support Engineer to maintain our organization’s critical identity and security infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role requires expertise in Active Directory and cloud technologies.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Maintain Domain Controllers fully running and functioning over 51 domains
• Ensure Servers are compliant with ADP patching standards.
• Resolve problems and issues around Active Directory.
• Help the team with Tickets and Alerts and change management.
• GPO, OU and delegation management.
• Participating in On Call.
• Participating in incident response.
• Automate tasks via PowerShell.
• Improve and guarantee monitoring of Infrastructure health.
• Guarantee the security of the Active Directory by monitoring and remediating Weak Passwords,
• Kerberoastable accounts…

Required Technical Skills:

• Active Directory
• Expert-level Active Directory administration
• Experience with AD security hardening techniques
• Identity lifecycle management

PKI Expertise:

• knowledge of Windows Certificate Authority
• Understanding of certificate lifecycle management
• Knowledge of PKI security standards and best practices

Cloud & Automation:

• Powershell Scripting
• Azure infrastructure management

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Active Directory infrastructure and its security.
• Proven experience with cloud infrastructure

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts
• Experience with change management processes
