Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for an International Chat Process in Gurugram. This role is ideal for graduates and freshers looking to start their career in the BPO/ITES industry, as well as candidates with prior experience in international chat support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction
• Follow company guidelines and quality parameters

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers are welcome
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international chat process preferred for experienced roles
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers: Up to 23,000 CTC per month
• Experienced Candidates: Up to 29,000 CTC per month
