Candidates must be willing to learn hands-on work experience in UX + UI + FIGMA in addition to also getting an work experience in either - Elemantor or Product Development or MARCOM

Candidates will get huge UX / UI / FIGMA DESIGN - work experience in a large scale project execution of two digital platforms in the nine months of internship

Post the internship the candidates will get full time job opportunity at INDIA GLOBAL EXPO NEWS PLATFORM PVT LTD COMPANY And also will get shares of the IGEN COMPANY through ESOPS - only after successful completion of the internship

During the Internship the candidates will get lots of benefits including stipend payment - although the stipend amount will be less (about Rs 2,000 per month) at the beginning of the learning period for all the interns - however the stipend will increase month on month basis alongwith getting multitasking learning opportunities at IGEN COMPANY

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role based in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. As a UX & FIGMA Intern, you will work on a large-scale platform development project, gaining hands-on experience in product development, MARCOM, or utilizing the Elementor tool. Your key responsibilities include creating user-centric designs, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life effectively.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to developing advanced platform functionalities while honing your skills in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in UX design principles, user-centric design, and wireframing using tools like Figma and/or similar platforms. And Proficiency in ELEMANTOR tool or Wordpress design is also a plus !!!
• Basic knowledge of product development processes and ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams to execute projects effectively.
• Familiarity with MARCOM (Marketing Communications) or experience using website-building tools such as Elementor is a plus.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into practical design solutions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as an eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Recently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
