Shift: General (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM IST)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Banking & Financial Services domain, along with hands-on exposure to Informatica ETL workflows and Teradata data warehousing. The role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring successful delivery of data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Conduct workshops and validation sessions

Data & ETL Analysis

• Analyze datasets using Teradata SQL
• Understand Informatica ETL workflows, mappings, and transformations
• Work closely with ETL developers for implementation

Banking Domain

• Experience in Retail Banking, Lending, Payments, Risk, or Compliance
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and governance standards

Mandatory Skills

• Informatica ETL
• Teradata
• Banking Business Analyst experience

Desired Skills

• Agile methodology
