Responsibilities

Own CRM QTC Operational Support

• Own Day to day CRM QTC Queue, including triage, prioritisation and resolution of standard system Queue
• Resolove user support requestsand related access, permission, record etc
• Perform first passroot cause analysis on bugs, workflow issues and cross system process failure
• Identify when issues can be resolved directly versuswhen they should be escalated for architechural or platform level changes
• Ensure support requests are handled consistently, documeted clearly and aligned to business system standards
