We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic school. Duties
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing channels
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings
- Manage and update websites using WordPress, ensuring content is current and engaging
- Create visual content using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for social media, email campaigns, and website updates
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google AdWords to inform strategic decisions
- Support the creation of graphic designs for promotional materials and social media posts
- Implement HTML, CSS, and JavaScript adjustments to enhance website functionality and user experience
- Collaborate with the team on analytics reporting, tracking KPIs, and refining marketing strategies based on data insights
- Assist in maintaining an organized digital asset library and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
Experience
- Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields is preferred
- Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms is highly desirable
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and keyword research techniques are advantageous
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience creating visual content for online platforms will be beneficial
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
