Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sales Engineer based in Pune District. The Junior Sales Engineer will assist in driving sales and providing technical support to customers. Daily responsibilities include identifying customer requirements, demonstrating products, offering technical solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves collaboration with team members to meet sales targets and forge long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Effective Communication skills for presenting products and solutions, as well as collaborating with team members and clients
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service to independently manage inquiries and maintain positive client relationships
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Production, or a related engineering field (preferred)
- Previous experience in engineering, sales, or related roles is advantageous
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune District and travel as required
