Key Responsibilities

• Carry out Windows/Linux administration activities
• Coordinate with telco operators and the datacenter helpdesk team to get issues resolved
• Revert to inquiries and deal effectively with a broad range of issues
• Obtain data to assist in the investigation and resolution of problems
• Work on VPS creation
• Work on managing the client's VMS and installing and configuring as required
• Work on answering client support calls
• Work on calling up clients and resolving their issues when a ticket comes in.
