Observability Support

Mandatory Qualifications:

JD- Observability Support/Product Administrator

Observability Support/Product Administrator who supports internal monitoring tools used by the organization, such as Splunk, Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and Grafana.

The person in this role will help with day-to-day operational tasks (BAU – Business As Usual) across these tools. While there is a dedicated support team that handles most production issues, this role focuses on supporting the tools themselves and helping users interact with them.

Candidates should have hands-on administrative experience with at least one of the main tools (Grafana > Splunk > Dynatrace). Knowledge of one tool is acceptable because they can be cross-trained on the others, as long as they understand general observability and monitoring concepts. This role involves working as an administrator of the tools, setting them up and configuring them so the production support teams can effectively monitor systems and applications.
