As a Performance Marketing Executive at Ichelon Consulting Group in Gurugram, your role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies targeting key audience segments while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Planning & Management:
  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and competitor benchmarking for campaign effectiveness
  • Conversion Tracking & Optimization:
  • Set up event-based tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager for actions such as form submissions, calls, WhatsApp interactions, etc.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click through Rate (CTR), and Quality Score
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Monitor campaign performance and develop comprehensive reports using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Looker Studio/Data Studio, and Excel
  • Provide data-backed insights and strategic recommendations for scaling campaigns and improving ROI
  • Client Communication & Coordination:
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing updates, performance summaries, and strategic input
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client objectives and timelines
  • Platform & Industry Awareness:
  • Stay up to date with advertising platform updates, privacy policies, and emerging digital trends

Qualifications
