Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Government Exam Trainer & Faculty located in Howrah. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering interactive and effective training sessions for competitive exams such as Bank, SSC, and Railways. Key tasks will include preparing and presenting course materials, conducting basics and advanced workshops, administering daily and mock tests, and providing personalized guidance to students for improving their performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Presentational Skills with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students
• In-depth knowledge of Government Relations, Local Government, and Public Sector exams
• Analytical Skills to design practical teaching methodologies, shortcuts, and problem-solving techniques
• Experience in preparing students for competitive exams is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field is advantageous
• Proficient in using digital teaching tools to enhance the virtual learning experience
