We are looking for an experienced IT Business Development Manager to drive international sales and expand our global client base.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for international IT services sales.
- Identify and acquire new clients in global markets such as the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, and Australia.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement analysis, and solution presentations.
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, and sales strategies in coordination with technical teams.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Track sales pipeline, targets, and revenue performance through CRM tools.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to improve performance.
🎯 Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT services sales or international business development.
- Proven experience in client acquisition for software development services.
- Strong understanding of Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI, and Cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM systems, and email outreach tools.
- Ability to handle enterprise clients and close high-value deals.
