Your Role And Responsibilities
Good understanding of the Salesforce platform with hands-on experience in configuration and customization.
Capable of creating and managing Salesforce automation tools, including Workflows and Flows.
Knowledge of Apex programming, including writing basic Apex Classes and Triggers.
Trained in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with an understanding of core functionalities and business processes.
Familiarity with the fundamentals of other Salesforce Clouds.
Basic knowledge of Salesforce integrations and integration concepts.
Trained in and aware of Generative AI (GenAI) fundamentals and use cases within enterprise applications.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Salesforce Platform Configuration: Exposure to configuring and administering the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements, utilizing the Eclipse/Force.com IDE and the Data Loader Tool.
- Apex Code Development: Experience working with Apex code to customize and enhance Salesforce functionality, meeting business needs and requirements.
- Visual Force Page Creation: Exposure to creating Visual Force pages to customize and enhance Salesforce functionality, meeting business needs and requirements.
- LWC Proficiency: Experience working with Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- CRM Principles Understanding: Solid understanding of CRM principles and experience applying them in a Salesforce environment.
