The primary functions of the IT Engineer are:
Strong knowledge in Server Management Dell EMC Isilon, HPE Server, Dell Server.
Good experience in Bluedunmp in screen, HDD and SSD, Dell and lenovo bootable key, Dell and lenovo BIOS boot key, IP, RAM, Operating system, etc.
Troubleshooting of failed or failing hardware components on Dell, HP, IBM and other Enterprise Servers.
Knowledge of all replacement procedures for the above listed systems.
Well versed on Virtual Servers Environment.
Strong knowledge in Microsoft 2019 Data Centre and Hyper V.
Strong knowledge in Active Directory(AD), Group Policy
Management, GPO, AD Replication, AD Troubleshooting, DFS Configuration, DNS and other Windows core services.
Experience in supporting hardware issues.
Good knowledge of Security software e.g. Antivirus solution.
Good knowledge of Firewall, Load Balancer and routers. Comfortable with installing and troubleshooting Windows.
Build server images to conform to standards, including hardening and security compliance.
Manage Service Level Agreements, documentation, and policy/procedure related to virtualized, and Windows environments.
Troubleshoot and Identify System Problems.
Identify necessary improvements to computer systems.
Configure all technical systems within organization.
Continual service improvement.
Problem solving and operational Maintenance.
Manage day to day issues of desktops, laptops, printers and other computer peripherals installed in Office
