Job Description

Become a pivotal IT Support Specialist focusing on user assistance and network reliability. This hands-on role combines end-user support with maintaining core IT infrastructure, primarily in a hybrid environment.

In this position, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage network operations. You’ll engage with Microsoft 365 services and ensure efficient IT services across the organization. Candidates should be customer-focused with solid technical skills to improve network performance and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite Level 1 and Level 2 user support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and AV equipment issues
  • Manage Microsoft 365 and user access requests
  • Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN environments
  • Log incidents and document solutions for future reference

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in IT or related field
  • 3–6 years of IT support and network experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Training at the Ontario Distribution Center required
