Become a pivotal IT Support Specialist focusing on user assistance and network reliability. This hands-on role combines end-user support with maintaining core IT infrastructure, primarily in a hybrid environment.
In this position, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage network operations. You’ll engage with Microsoft 365 services and ensure efficient IT services across the organization. Candidates should be customer-focused with solid technical skills to improve network performance and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite Level 1 and Level 2 user support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and AV equipment issues
- Manage Microsoft 365 and user access requests
- Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN environments
- Log incidents and document solutions for future reference
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in IT or related field
- 3–6 years of IT support and network experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Training at the Ontario Distribution Center required
