Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Key Account Manager

to join the Enterprise Sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a "Hunter-Farmer" hybrid, capable of identifying new business opportunities while deeply penetrating and managing existing high-value accounts. You will be responsible for selling a comprehensive suite of IT Hardware, Infrastructure Software, HCI, and Cyber Security services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Selling experience in IT Hardware products, Infrastructure Software, HCI, Networking & Cyber Security Products Sales, Solution & Services. (Apple & HP Products added advantage).
  • Enterprise Sales & Solution Sales.
  • Managing Key Account
  • Identify New IT Sales opportunities.
  • Develop new relationships/ accounts to grow business and help company expand.
  • Maintain existing business and accounts.
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success.

Technical Domain Expertise

The candidate must have proven experience selling in at least three of the following areas:

  • IT Hardware: Laptops, Desktops, Servers, and Storage (Experience with Apple/HP portfolio is a significant plus).
  • Infrastructure: Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and Virtualization.
  • Networking: Enterprise networking solutions and services.
  • Cyber Security: Specialized security products, solutions, and managed services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing/ Business Management will be preferred.
  • 5+ years' prior industry related business development experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Focused IT Products Sales.
