Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT support team. The candidate will assist in providing technical support for desktop systems, hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in IT infrastructure and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and basic software applications.
• Assist in hardware setup, system upgrades, and maintenance.
• Respond to user queries and IT support tickets in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).
• Support in installation and configuration of printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
• Assist senior engineers in IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and company procedures.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11).
• Understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, LAN, DNS).
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
