Role Description
We are hiring an Associate Center Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing daily operations at the fitness club, ensuring seamless member experiences, managing the team, and driving operational excellence. Additional responsibilities include membership acquisition and retention, resolving member issues, ensuring exceptional customer service, and monitoring facility and equipment maintenance to uphold the club's standards. The Associate Center Manager will also collaborate with the team to implement innovative programs and achieve business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day operations of the HYFIT center, ensuring a seamless, high-quality member experience at all times.
- Act as the on-ground lead — coordinating between members, coaches, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Drive member engagement, retention, and overall community experience within the center.
- Host and support prospective members during trial sessions to ensure a positive first experience.
- Manage schedules, batch planning, and capacity to ensure optimal utilization of the facility.
- Oversee front-desk operations, check-ins, and member communication.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and overall facility upkeep.
- Track key metrics (attendance, retention, utilization) and take ownership of improving them.
- Assist in execution of events, workshops, and on-ground experiences at the center.
Experience / Skills Required:
- 1–4 years of experience in operations, fitness, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
