HVAC Technician (Service + Install) —28 HOUR GUARANTEE+ . . + Service Van

Anne Arundel County | Full-time | 32–40 hrs/week

We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to handle residential and light commercial service + installs in Anne Arundel County. If you take pride in clean work, solid diagnostics, and treating customers right — we want to talk.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (residential + light commercial)
• Perform seasonal maintenance and inspections
• Install/replace HVAC systems (as needed)
• Communicate clearly with homeowners/customers
• Write simple repair estimates

What We’re Looking For

• HVAC service experience (install experience a plus)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Must have your own tools
