Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Maintenance Technician located in Bengaluru. The CNC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine equipment maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance schedules, and executing repairs to ensure machinery operates efficiently. The role requires working closely with the operations team, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality of CNC and other industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Industrial Maintenance.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and technical faults.
• Experience in implementing and executing Preventive Maintenance protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an industrial environment.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to industrial safety standards.
• A minimum of a diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Prior experience with CNC machines or similar industrial equipment is highly desirable.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
