The role:

My client are seeking an SRE Team Lead to join their team.

You will have responsibility for a team of SRE’s based in the Americas, and ideally will have some leadership experience already, or potentially be ready to take the next step into leadership.

It is highly desirable if you stem from a Trading / Financial Services background.

This is not a hands off position. Whilst you will have leadership duties, the individual will be expected to be highly technical, and able to provide escalated support alongside the team.

You should have a broad overview of some of the following technologies, and be well versed in SRE best practices:

• Linux
• Chef, Puppet or Ansible
• Kubernetes, Docker, or Podman
• CI/CD
• Python
• IaC – Terraform, Helm, Ansible, Pulumi, Bicep
• DR
• Block / Blob Storage
• HPC
