Salary: Up to $130k CAD + Bonus

An Technology Driven Financial Services Firm is looking for a highly talented Desktop Engineer with automation experience to join and lead an elite group in group of individuals.

This team have an unlimited tech budget, promote a great culture and are made up of fantastic like-minded individuals.

Role

• Working in a small team across all L1-L3 issues
• Spending time working on mission-critical infrastructure projects
• Automating anything and everything
• Continuing to expand both their on-prem and cloud storage offering
• Working across different OS.

Skills

• 1 - 5 years of experience as a Desktop Engineer/Systems Administrator
• Strong knowledge of automation e.g. PowerShell
• Good understanding of the Windows Infrastructure stack (Server, O365, AD)
• Experience with VMware or Hyper V
• Familiarity with storage is a plus (both on-prem and cloud)
• A Computer Science Degree is heavily advantageous but not essential
• Experience in a highly regulated environment (e.g. finance) is a huge plus
