You will provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team to manage recruitment, onboarding, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, background checks, psychometric assessments, and new starter paperwork.
• Provide timely information to managers and employees by responding to recruitment queries.
• Support various TA projects and processes through proactive administrative assistance.
• Liaise with stakeholders to assist with recruitment reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver customer service to candidates, the TA team, HRBPs, and key client stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in TA administration, recruitment, or generalist HR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong skills in Human Resources and recruiting processes.
• Proven ability in interviewing coordination and administrative assistance.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in system administration.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work within deadline-driven environments.
• Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
• Any Graduate degree.
