Requirements
- 4+ years end-to-end UI/UX experience with a strong web-first portfolio (funnels, landing pages, or product-led growth work preferred)
- Expert in Figma (auto-layout, components/variants), prototyping, and design systems
- Demonstrated ability to run usability research and translate insights into shipped improvements
- Strong grasp of CRO, information architecture, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Experience collaborating with developers (specs, tokens, assets) and supporting QA through launch
- Ability to balance SEO-informed content needs with UX clarity and performance constraints (Core Web Vitals awareness)
- Excellent written English and async communication; ability to overlap 4 hrs with Pacific Time
- Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
Key Responsibilities:
- Own discovery through delivery: user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web experiences
- Evolve and maintain multi-brand design system to improve consistency and delivery speed
- Plan and conduct usability testing; synthesize findings into prioritized recommendations
- Partner with Content/SEO and Paid Media to align UX with acquisition and conversion goals
- Deliver prototypes and developer-ready specs; support QA through launch and iteration
- Drive landing-page and funnel experimentation with measurable hypotheses and outcomes
