Junior Full-Stack Engineer

As a Junior Full-Stack Engineer at our company, you will be an integral part of our engineering team, contributing to the development and scaling of our web applications. You will work on a modern tech stack that prioritizes performance, scalability, and an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Feature Development: You will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive web applications using NextJS and ShadCN.
• Backend Engineering: Develop and optimize RESTful APIs using ExpressJS and NodeJS.
• Workflow Visualization: Implement complex, interactive diagrams and logic flows using ReactFlow.
• Background Processing: Manage asynchronous tasks and job scheduling using BullMQ and Redis.
• Data Modeling: Design and implement efficient schemas in MongoDB.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while participating in peer code reviews.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical reality.

Qualifications Required:

• Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem.
• Backend Basics: Experience building server-side logic with NodeJS and Express.
• Database Familiarity: Experience working with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Problem Solver: Ability to debug issues across the stack and a "learn-it-all" mindset.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Portfolio/GitHub: Evidence of previous projects (personal, academic, or professional) involving some of the technologies mentioned above.
