Role Overview
- Manage brand growth + product buying & merchandising
- Ensure right product mix, availability, and market visibility
- Drive sales, distribution, and retail execution
- Implementation of the Brand strategies & schemes
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & execute brand and trade marketing initiatives
- Manage retail channel performance
- Drive in-store visibility (POSM, merchandising, activations)
- Source and buy products based on demand and trends
- Negotiate with suppliers for pricing and terms
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and purchase orders
- Track sales, ROI, and market trends using Excel
- Vendor Management
Candidate Profile
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience with buying/merchandising exposure (mandatory)
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and Excel skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft (specially excel)
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Willing to travel

- Sales & purchase target (primary & secondary)
- Distribution expansion & retail visibility
- Buying efficiency & margins
- Inventory availability & turnover
- ROI on trade & marketing spend
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
