Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a passionate and certified Weekend Online Yoga Instructor to lead engaging virtual yoga sessions for students participating in our online studio batches. This role is ideal for yoga professionals who enjoy teaching in a digital environment and helping individuals improve their physical health, flexibility, mindfulness, and overall well-being.

The selected instructor will conduct structured weekend classes through virtual platforms, guide participants through safe and effective yoga practices, and create a welcoming atmosphere suitable for beginners to intermediate learners. The instructor will also contribute to program development by introducing new routines, breathing techniques, and meditation practices tailored for online audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live online yoga sessions for scheduled weekend batches through video conferencing platforms.

Demonstrate yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation exercises clearly and safely.

Prepare structured class plans suitable for beginners, intermediate learners, and mixed skill levels.

Monitor participants during sessions and provide corrections or modifications to ensure safe practice.

Guide students through warm-ups, yoga flows, cool-downs, and short meditation segments.

Encourage healthy lifestyle habits and promote physical and mental wellness.

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating online learning environment.

Track attendance and provide feedback on participant progress where required.

Collaborate with the virtual studio management team to improve session quality and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Certified Yoga Instructor from a recognized yoga training institution.

Strong knowledge of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation practices.

Ability to teach yoga effectively through online platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.

Excellent communication and demonstration skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and guide participants remotely.

Basic technical knowledge to manage online classes and troubleshoot minor connectivity issues.

Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and healthy living.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience teaching yoga classes, either in studios, gyms, wellness centers, or online platforms.

Experience conducting virtual or hybrid yoga sessions will be highly preferred.

Experience teaching group classes and adapting routines for different skill levels.

Working Hours

Part-time / Weekend Role

Saturday and Sunday classes

Typically 2–4 hours per day depending on batch schedules

Flexible timing based on studio program requirements and participant time zones.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong understanding of yoga anatomy, posture alignment, and injury prevention.

Ability to guide breathing techniques and meditation sessions effectively.

Skilled at adapting yoga routines for beginners and participants with limited flexibility.
