Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting

Monitor and record patient vital signs and health conditions under supervision

• *

Administer prescribed medications and report any adverse reactions to healthcare professionals

• *

Support mobility and ensure patient safety through appropriate lifting and transfer techniques

• *

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the patients environment

• *

Offer emotional support and companionship to patients

• *

Communicate effectively with family members and report patient progress or concerns

• *

Follow care plans and medical instructions diligently

• *

Accompany patients to appointments or errands when required

• *

Respond quickly and calmly in case of emergencies or unexpected medical issues

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Minimum 10th/12th pass (Higher Secondary Education)

• *

Basic knowledge of patient care or caregiving

• *

Physically fit and able to lift or support patients when required

• *

Good communication skills in Hindi or regional language; knowledge of English is a plus

• *

Empathetic, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure

• *

Certification in caregiving or nursing assistant (preferred but not mandatory)

• *

Female candidates only (as per the specific care requirements)

• Experience

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in patient care, home nursing, or elderly care preferred

Freshers with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
