Payroll Specialist ( AM Role ) opening at MNC Manufacturing Company.

Manage the entire on-roll employees’ payroll process with accuracy and timeliness.

Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of personnel database, including salaries,

increments, bonus, ex-gratia, and PLI calculations.

Required Candidate profile

MBA preferred.

09–10 years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Familiarity with HRMS systems such as Ascent
