As a Video Editor at House of EdTech, your role will involve creating highly engaging ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube campaigns. You will be responsible for editing various types of performance-focused creatives such as UGC-style videos, talking-head videos, product/demo ads, offer-based creatives, testimonial and promotional content. Your main focus will be on creating direct-response ad creatives to enhance user retention and drive conversions. Additionally, you will be required to add captions, transitions, motion graphics, B-roll, stock footage, and sound design effectively to optimize the content for digital advertising platforms. It is crucial for you to follow creative references, ad frameworks, and performance editing workflows accurately, create multiple ad variations for A/B testing, and collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and growth teams to execute ad campaigns efficiently. Staying updated with evolving ad creative trends, short-form content styles, and AI-assisted editing workflows is essential for this role.

- Edit high-converting performance marketing creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube Ads
- Edit a variety of performance-focused creatives including UGC-style videos, talking-head videos, product/demo ads, offer-based creatives, testimonial and promotional content

- Add captions, transitions, zooms, motion graphics, B-roll, stock footage, and sound design effectively

- Execute revisions quickly based on feedback from the marketing and creative teams
- Organize project files and maintain proper delivery standards

- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
