Job Description
HOTEL RAJAVALSAM, GURUVAYUR
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and presentation
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared according to company standards and timelines
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping team members
- Prepare duty rosters, attendance, and work schedules
- Monitor and control usage of cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities
- Report maintenance issues and follow up for timely resolution
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick corrective action
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments for smooth operations
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
