Job Summary

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and service standards, and creating a pleasant dining experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check guest satisfaction during meals and respond to requests efficiently.
• Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to supervisors when necessary.

Food & Beverage Service

• Prepare tables before service, including linens, cutlery, and glassware.
• Ensure proper table setting and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
• Follow service standards and hygiene regulations.

Billing & Cash Handling

• Prepare and present bills to guests.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately when required.
• Maintain correct billing procedures.

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Keep dining and service areas clean and organized.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school education or hospitality training preferred.
• Previous restaurant or hotel experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
