Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead efforts to reduce non ‑ conforming material at the site PRB location through root ‑ cause analysis, corrective actions, and cross ‑ functional coordination.
- Facilitate and lead weekly Yield Improvement meetings, track actions, and drive root ‑ cause elimination.
- Own AME projects and project planning - schedules, milestones, resource needs, and risk management.
- Coordinate cross‑functional project teams (design, quality, supply chain, operations).
- Track and report project status to leadership.
- Support development teams by validating manufacturability, readiness, and smooth transition into production.
- Maintain, optimize, and document assigned production processes, including standard work and controlled manufacturing documentation.
- Address daily line disruptions, troubleshoot defects, and drive resolution of QNs, CARs, and PROs.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering to resolve technical and systemic issues.
Qualifications
The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP and CSP security clearance.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Electrical, Computer Systems, Mechanical)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Aerospace or Automotive industry and/or Electronics manufacturing.
- Experience in implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes.
- Experience in the use of Lean tools
- Experience with design and development processes
- Basic knowledge of the field's standards and specifications
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills
- Application of basic engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
- Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done.
