Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk/Guest Service Agent to join our team at Homewood Suites. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process while providing outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining guest satisfaction and supporting hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform nightly audits of hotel transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Manage phone systems and respond to calls with excellent phone etiquette.
• Maintain front desk operations, including managing reservations and payments.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Must have open availability (Weekends and Holidays included) and be able to work any of the shifts listed below

7am-3pm

3pm-11pm

11pm-7am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.25 per hour
