Job Description
- Job Summary:
The Home Care Nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients at their homes. The nurse will perform basic and advanced nursing procedures as directed by doctors, support the medical team during home visits, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- * Visit patient homes as assigned by the organization.
- Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, injections, IV cannulation, catheter care, vital signs monitoring, and other clinical procedures as instructed by the doctor.
- Assist doctors during home consultations, procedures, or medical camps.
- Monitor and record patient health conditions and report updates to the medical team.
- Educate patients and family members about basic care and medication instructions.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment used during home visits.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow infection control practices.
- Submit daily visit reports to the supervisor or concerned department.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
