• Sharepoint Support – site creation, basic support for flows, access, templates, and site sensitivity – internal or external labelling
• Working with customer and external SPO consultants during projects
• Teams Guest access – enabling external access and granting team site owners permission to invite external resource
• Viva Engage access support
• Power BI Dashboards
