The opportunity:

Process accounting transactions for Accounts Payable (AP) in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Processes Accounts Payable transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing.
• Ensure effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Posting PO and Non-PO Invoices.
• Process payments for supplier invoices.
• Handle supplier queries via email.
• Assist management to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• Should have Degree of Graduation.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
