Description

We are looking for a hands-on Data & AI Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to support ongoing Data Science / ML Engineering work. This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, experience with large-scale data pipelines, and familiarity with modern LLM tooling.

Requirements

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and toolkits (e.g., scikit-learn,

XGBoost)

• Experience with feature engineering, feature selection, and pruning
• Familiarity with deploying and monitoring ML/LLM systems in production

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and support activities including monitoring, debugging, and maintaining

existing data pipelines and AI systems

• Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines using Spark, Hive, and UDFs
• Develop and enhance LLM-powered applications using frameworks such as

LangChain (e.g., ReAct-style agents)

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for production systems
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate models and

workflows into production

• Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure system reliability and scalability
