Job Description
Established in 2012, Hisense Canada’s product strategy is to steadily introduce a full range of electronics and appliances into the Canadian market. This includes a complete line of consumer electronics, home appliances, home comfort products.

For our continuously growing business, we are currently looking for a HVAC Regional Sales Manager - Quebec to be based at our Mississauga office.
Key Responsibilities
· Grow and develop the Hisense HVAC business (Residential and Light Commercial) in Canada.
· Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded within the assigned territory.
· Provide impeccable customer service, externally and internally.
· Source, negotiate and execute agreements with key accounts (e.g., Distributors, Contractors, Buying Groups, Industry Associations, Builders, and Property Managers).
· Manage, motivate, coach, develop and maintain relationships with our key accounts and business partners to ensure they are performing at or above the necessary standards.
· Create, collaborate, and execute a detailed strategy for key accounts, including a sales training schedule, technical training schedule, marketing plan, sales forecast, product mix forecast, follow-up schedule, and schedule for detailed quarter business reviews.
· Create, develop, maintain, and convert a pipeline of prospects into new revenue by leveraging your pre-existing network of relationships (preferably with decision-makers), and researching new contacts to develop new relationships within the assigned territory.
· Create quotation proposals and package solutions for customers, prepare and deliver presentations, and negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions, maximizing profit margins, cash flow, and top-line sales.
· Actively participate in the promotion of Hisense’s technology and product solutions through networking events, trade shows, training seminars, and professional associations.
· Support, coordinate, schedule, participate and lead training programs for key accounts as required to ensure they have they need to be successful.
· Work with the Technical services staff to address technical issues and enquiries within the assigned territory.
· Forecast product requirements and regularly communicate them with your manager and the product team.
· Work with the product and logistics teams to coordinate inbound product delivery.
· Analyze and collect information pertaining to your local market (e.g., the competitive landscape, details about current and prospective accounts).
· Ensure accuracy of documentation and customer records by inputting details into various software programs used by Hisense (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, GRS, and SAP).
· Additional duties as directed by your manager and/or the leadership team.
Education & Experience:
· College or university education: Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
· 3+ years of B2B sales and/or account management experience.
· Experience within the HVAC industry an asset.
· Experience with distributors, contractors, builders, and property managers an asset.

· Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
· Must have good PC skills; experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and SAP experience is an asset.
· Bilingual (French & English) is a must for the Regional Sales Manager within the Quebec territory.
