Job Description
As a Team Leader & Project Manager in Mumbai office, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Tableau developers, offering technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and providing performance feedback.
- Managing project timelines, resource planning, task allocation, and ensuring delivery quality.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as data engineering, business stakeholders, and product owners.
- Driving best practices related to visualization standards, UI/UX for dashboards, and governance processes.
Your qualifications should include:
- 8-10 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data visualization roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, performance tuning, and analytical thinking.
- Hands-on experience with QlikView or Qlik Sense, including expression writing and data model understanding.
- Proven experience in migrating Qlik dashboards to Tableau.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
