We are expanding our US team and looking for a rhythmic, trend-obsessed Video Editor Coordinator to turn massive content libraries into viral, revenue-generating "hits" for Facebook, Reels, and TikTok.
The Role You aren't just cutting footage; you are engineering virality. You will be responsible for sourcing "gold" from our clients' extensive catalogs and editing specifically for monetization. You’ll focus on the hooks, pacing, and sound design that keep viewers from scrolling.
What You’ll Do:
- Content Alchemy: Transform long-form archives into 60-second viral clips and 8-minute monetized Facebook features.
- Scroll-Stopping Hooks: Master the first 3 seconds of every video using dynamic captions, pattern interrupts, and sound design.
- Monetization Compliance: Ensure all edits meet Facebook’s Community and Monetization Guidelines (no copyright strikes, safe for ads).
- Collaboration: Partner with our Social Media Managers to align edits with 7-day posting schedules and creator brand voices.

- Technical Pro: High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience with After Effects or CapCut (Desktop) is a plus.
