Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy for our Web3 projects across platforms like Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and Reddit.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the community, providing timely and accurate information, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Moderate community channels to ensure a positive, inclusive, and constructive environment, enforcing community guidelines effectively.
- Create engaging content (announcements, blog posts, FAQs, social media updates) to educate and excite community members about project developments.
- Organize and host online events such as AMAs (Ask Me Anything), community calls, webinars, and contests to foster interaction and loyalty.
- Collect and analyze community feedback, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product development and marketing teams.
