[Remote] Cyber Risk Assessment Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ladders is seeking a Cyber Risk Assessment Manager to join a leader in the Healthcare space. In this role, you will oversee daily risk assessment activities, ensure compliance with internal policies, and report on cyber and digital risks to management. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily MSSP risk assessment activities
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
• Monitor and validate the quality of risk assessments and deliverables
• Serve as the main contact for MSSP-related issues
• Approve risk assessment and IT validation activities
• Facilitate Cyber risk assessment processes across various domains and regions
• Report on cyber and digital risks to management and executive levels Skills
• Bachelor s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, or related field
• 5 7 years of experience in cybersecurity risk management or similar roles
• Experience managing risk assessment processes
• Strong knowledge of GRC tools, particularly ServiceNow IRM
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate with global teams on complex projects
• Preferred certifications include CRISC, CISSP, or CISM Benefits
