Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer – Trainer who can deliver high-quality training on Core and Advanced Java concepts along with relevant frameworks. The role focuses on providing practical, job-oriented training and preparing candidates for real-world development roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on Core Java, Advanced Java, and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Design and conduct practical sessions, assignments, and mock interviews
• Guide candidates from basic to intermediate/advanced levels
• Provide hands-on training on real-time projects and application development
• Address candidate queries and provide continuous mentorship
• Evaluate candidate progress and provide feedback for improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, and Hibernate
• Hands-on experience in real-world Java application development
• Good understanding of OOP concepts, collections, multithreading, and APIs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching
• Experience in preparing candidates for job-oriented roles
• Exposure to industry best practices and coding standards
