About The Role We are seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-Level Backend Developer to join our dynamic engineering team at Focal Fact. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services and APIs that form the backbone of our client solutions. You will work extensively with C#, .NET, Web APIs, and Azure cloud services to create systems that are scalable, secure, and efficient. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in backend development, demonstrating a strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience that showcases your technical capabilities. Candidates should have a solid understanding of RESTful API design, software architecture principles, and best coding practices. Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful Web APIs using C# and .NET technologies.

Implement solutions adhering to Clean Architecture principles to ensure modularity and maintainability.

Apply design patterns such as Repository, Dependency Injection, and CQRS to enhance code quality and system robustness.

Integrate backend systems with Azure services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage to leverage cloud capabilities.

Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, ensuring high standards of software quality.

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative planning to foster continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot and debug issues in both development and production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Collaborate closely with frontend developers and other engineering team members to deliver cohesive features and functionalities.

Optimize API performance, reliability, and scalability to meet evolving business requirements.
