We are hiring a Frontend Developer to join our innovative team at hirelo.ai.

hirelo.ai is an AI-powered hiring platform that transforms how companies conduct interviews. Our voice AI agents conduct natural and intelligent interviews at scale, helping companies screen candidates faster while providing a better candidate experience.

We are looking for a developer with strong experience in web and mobile application development, specifically using React (Web) and React Native (Mobile Apps).

As a Frontend Developer at hirelo.ai, you will play a key role in building and improving the user experience of our AI-powered interview platform. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality and scalable applications.

Our platform leverages voice AI technology, real-time communication, and intelligent analysis, so familiarity with AI integrations or AI APIs (such as OpenAI, Claude, etc.) is considered a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency in React (for web applications) and React Native (for mobile applications)
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and best practices
• Experience building responsive and scalable user interfaces
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Basic understanding of AI-powered applications or experience integrating AI APIs is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
