PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE SALES PRODUCER

Fairfax, VA | Hybrid | Full-Time

Compensation: $80K – $350K+ OTE | Negotiable based on experience and book of business

We are partnered with a growing insurance and financial services firm seeking a motivated Property & Casualty Insurance Producer/Broker to drive new business development and expand its commercial Property & Casualty portfolio. This role focuses on prospecting, client relationship management, cross-selling insurance solutions, and collaborating with internal teams and carrier partners to support long-term growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of commercial insurance prospects and clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through cross-selling P&C products.
• Partner with internal benefits and retirement services teams to identify referral opportunities.
• Conduct client outreach, deliver proposals and quotes, and provide ongoing account support.
• Build relationships with carrier partners and underwriters to support new business and renewal strategies.
• Participate in networking events, industry education, and business development initiatives.
• Utilize CRM and marketing tools to support outreach campaigns and track sales activity.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to revenue growth objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of Commercial Insurance Sales experience.
• Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principles.
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and execute successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ongoing industry education.
• Candidates with 5+ years of experience and an established book of business may be considered for a Senior position.
