Licensed Life Insurance Agent - Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Life Insurance Agent to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs, providing tailored coverage options, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for helping clients protect their financial future.

Duties

• Conduct outside sales and retail sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base
• Engage in efforts to generate leads and schedule appointments
• Analyze clients’ financial needs through detailed consultations and provide appropriate policy recommendations
• Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-up with clients
• Work with our proven marketing strategies
• Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims processes
• Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance with company standards
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business

Requirements

• LLQP License
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Excellent negotiation and analysis skills to assess client needs effectively
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
• Sales administration experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
