Field Service Technician

Job Overview

Highland Tank of Friedens, PA is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional technical support and customer service. This position supports field service and production activities by providing system startups, training, repairs, troubleshooting, service quoting, project assembly and wiring, testing, quality control, and inventory coordination. The position requires organization, reliability, and travel.

Responsibilities

· Field Service Calls

· System Startups, Training, Repairs, and Troubleshooting.

· Quoting Field Service Work.

· Outfitting production projects with components.

· Wiring production projects.

· Testing completed production projects.

· Maintaining quality control and testing records.

· Working with the Plant Manager to maintain inventory for production projects.

· Organizing incoming inventory for production projects.

Skills

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

· Knowledge of Power and Control Wiring.

· Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings and electrical diagrams.

· Comfort using power tools.

This position requires travel via car or air with frequent overnight stays. Working conditions may be both indoors and outdoors at various temperatures and may include exposure to active customer jobsites and production areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
